Three cross-functional product teams were built and managed from the Head of Development seat — along with the engineering workflow, automation, and architecture standards they shipped by.

He was invited to organize the development process and build teams for a new project, and brought clarity and structure to a fast-moving environment: working processes, Scrum adapted in a practical way, and the infrastructure the project needed.
